Shipping Policy

1. Shipping & Delivery

Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends/holidays).

Delivery Timelines:

• Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days (most locations)
• Express Shipping: 2-4 business days (extra charges may apply)
• Remote Areas: May take up to 10 business days

Tracking: A tracking link is sent via email/SMS once dispatched.

2. Returns & Exchanges

Return Window:

• Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery (unused, unwashed, with original tags)
• Non-Returnable Items: Underwear (hygiene reasons), unless defective

Return Process:

1. Email [email protected] with your order # and reason for return
2. We'll approve & provide a return address
3. Ship the item back (customer covers return shipping unless the item is faulty)

Refunds:

• Approved refunds are processed within 3-5 business days to the original payment method
• Exchanges are subject to stock availability

Damaged/Defective Items:

• Report within 48 hours of delivery with photos for a replacement/refund

3. Cancellations

Order Cancellation:

• Cancel within 24 hours of placing the order for a full refund
• Post-shipping, standard return policy applies
